The Team


As principal of Rich Leadership since 2006, Gary has worked with senior executives to improve their individual performance and the performance of the businesses they manage. His background combines hands‐on experience in General and HR Management, leadership training, executive coaching and leadership coaching. Prior to Rich Leadership, Gary was the CEO of QSP, a $550M 1,000‐employee school and youth fundraising business in the U.S. and Canada, and held Chief HR Officer positions at Reader’s Digest, ACNielsen, and American Express. At American Express, he concluded his 11‐year tenure as SVP, Human Resources, for American Express EMEA.

Gary holds a masters degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology. He was a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Club of America and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Northern Westchester Hospital Center, where he also served as head of its Compensation Committee.


With over 25 years of global human resource experience, Glenn has helped numerous organizations and thousands of individuals attain business performance goals.

At LexisNexis, a $4B global legal information services company, Glenn was Senior Vice President of Global Organization Planning & Development, and also served as the Head of HR for the Asia region. During a 15-year career as an HR executive at American Express, Glenn started their Organization Effectiveness function, and also ran Global Human Resources Development.

Additionally, Glenn was an independent consultant where he partnered with TMC, the premier provider of cross-cultural training and consulting, working on assignments that served companies such as GE, Pfizer, BP, and Air Products. He also worked with The Children’s Place on their acquisition of The Disney Stores, and in creating sales and management development programs.

He did his graduate studies at Antioch and Columbia Universities.

Melinda Stephenson

Melinda designs and implements strategies which help executives and the organizations they lead to realize their potential. She is a certified executive coach and organization effectiveness consultant supporting clients in technology, pharmaceutical, retail and other industries since 2005. Melinda has designed and facilitated several leadership development and management training programs across industries.

During her corporate career, Melinda held senior HR positions at Gap, American Express, and Macy’s Northeast. At Gap, she led the Organization Development function and consulted directly to the CEO and executive team in building long-range strategic plans, formulating change management strategies, designing leadership training programs, creating governance structures and culture change. As the senior HR business partner to the Gap Brand, Melinda built and executed human capital strategies for an organization of more than 30,000 employees.


Amanda Perrin

Amanda Perrin is an Organizational Development and Talent Development consultant.  For nearly a decade Amanda worked on Wall Street, and served as Head of U.S Talent Management at NYSE Euronext - a leading global operator of financial markets.  There she was responsible for all Human Capital and OD practices globally.  In this role she oversaw a broad portfolio of programs to build talent pipelines, augment culture and foster organizational effectiveness.  In 2013 NYSE Euronext awarded her their Global Award for Innovation, for her effort in creating a digital, scalable and cost-effective solution for Leadership and Emerging Talent Development.

Amanda has deep expertise in driving complex change initiatives, and she approaches her work with passion and creativity. She designs unique development solutions and provides consultation and resources to align business and people practices to strategy.  Currently Amanda works with a range of clients across various industries -- from Art to Private Equity -- and helps individuals harness their strengths to overcome considerable business challenges and more effectively realize their goals.

Prior to Wall Street, Amanda worked in management consulting at several leading companies in the U.S. and Canada.  Amanda holds an M.A. in Culture, Education and Human Development from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Education, and is a graduate of Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
